Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States.

Free shipping: Orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 are charged calculated shipping at checkout.

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery estimate: Typical delivery is 3-7 business days after processing, depending on destination.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, or it is significantly delayed, please email creamcocoabusiness@gmail.com and we will help make it right.

Wholesale and bulk orders: Larger orders (5 lb and up) may ship separately; we will be in touch with timing.
