I made a double batch of these brownies and I have to say, they did not come out anything like the ones that were being sampled the day I bought the cocoa powder. The brownie tops were not a dark brown, they were very light and the brownie was rather chewy and stuck to my teeth when chewing. Should I not have made the double batch?
