Cream Cocoa Brownies

 Baking Equipment Recommended

8x8 Baking Tray, 2 Bowls, A whisk and a towel to clean up the mess :)

Ingredients:

1. 1/2 cup of CC cocoa powder.
2. 1/2 cup of butter (1 stick)
3. 1/2 cup of flour
4. 1 &1/8 cup of granulated sugar
5. 2 tsp of vanilla extract
6. 2 eggs
7. 1 tbsp of oil of choice

Baking Instructions:

SPRAY THE BAKING PAN!!!

Preheat oven to 350F.


Melt Butter for 1:20 Seconds. 

Pour measured sugar into melted butter.

Whisk for 1:00 Minute. 

Add in 2 Eggs and vanilla extract, whisk for 1 Minute.

SIFT in CC powder and flour in to the second bigger bowl and combine all other ingredients from first bowl. If you have a hand mixer that is the best way to form the batter form but a whisk or big spoon will work too! 

Add in Tbsp of oil and mix with spoon until well combined & then add in chocolate Chips/ any add ins your heart desires!

Pour batter into your baking dish.

Put in oven for 20- 25 minutes / dip in a fork or dip stick and pull out when this is slightly covered in batter.

I made a double batch of these brownies and I have to say, they did not come out anything like the ones that were being sampled the day I bought the cocoa powder. The brownie tops were not a dark brown, they were very light and the brownie was rather chewy and stuck to my teeth when chewing. Should I not have made the double batch?
